Because Lucas has a great knowledge of the Sutherland Shire, having lived there all his life, and his father also had a real estate agency many years ago, I did not hesitate to use his services. The property was sold within 3 weeks of being on the market and Lucas's negotiating skills got the property to settle without going to auction.
