Troy began his real estate career 10 years ago as a buyer’s agent who specialised in development sites across Sydney, his role was to source, negotiate and secure land on behalf of developers. During his time as a buyer’s agent Troy also ran his own business as a personal trainer, where his passion for helping people has been key to his day-to-day success now as a Sales Agent at Pulse Property Agents.

Over the last 20 years, Troy has lived in, worked and enjoyed just about every suburb in the Sutherland Shire, giving him excellent market knowledge across all of these suburbs.

Most mornings, before he starts his work day you will find Troy at Cronulla or Burraneer, surfing or foil boarding. Troy has spent his life starting his mornings right so he can perform at a high level each day.
